Our real estate signs are made of two primary sign materials, ABS and Corex. ABS is a solid flexible plastic that is similar to a pvc material. For this material we take a full 4x8 sheet, and route it into individual signs with holes.
Corex is a light weight fluted plastic, the same that is used for yard stake type signs. These signs are printed in sets, and then cut apart.
On These substrates we apply a UV ink directly to the sign face, unlike some other methods which include a vinyl that is applied to the surface. We then finish the signs off with grommets or an h-stake.
